Salmon Fillets With Brown Sugar Recipe







Ingredients



  • 4 to 5 salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon joice


Method

  1. Season the salmon fillets with the salt , pepper, lemon joice and garlic powder.
  2. Mix together the soy sauce , brown sugar, water and oil in a small bowl.
  3. Put the fillets into a plastic bag.
  4. Cast in the marinade mixture, seal and turn to coat.
  5. Freeze for about 1 1/5 hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 230 C degrees.
  7. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil and make a few slits through the foil with a knife to allow juices to drain while cooking.
  8. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  9. Place your fillets on the broiler pan and discard the leftover marinade.
  10. Take the fillets to the oven for about 17 minutes.
  11. Move the fillets to an oven rack close to the broiler and broil on high for an additional 5 minutes.
  12. You can make sure that the salmon fillets are cooked when the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Garlic Chicken Puffs Recipe







Ingredients



  • 1/2 kg of chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped garlic
  • 50 grams of shredded Swiss
  • 60 grams of shredded cheddar cheese


Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Cook chicken and shred into fine chunks.
  3. Add minced garlic to cooking chicken and cook until garlic is browned.
  4. Place remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, add warm chicken mix and incorporate.
  5. Unroll crescent rolls and cut each triangle in half into 2 triangles.
  6. Lay triangles out on a flat work surface.
  7. Place 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough triangle and fold corners over the mixture into the center.
  8. Preheat the oven to 190°C degrees.
  9. Place folded dough pieces onto prepared baking sheet.
  10. Bake for about 14 minutes.
  11. Cool before serving and enjoy.

Delicious Chicken Tortilla Dish







Ingredients



  • 500 grams of cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams of diced tomatoes
  • 12 corn of warmed tortillas


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Mix together the chicken soup and tomatoes in a medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Spray 1/3 of the tortilla strips over the bottom of an ungreased baking dish.
  4. Layer half of the chicken over the tortilla strips; spoon half of the soup mixture evenly over the top; repeat layers.
  5. Spray with the remaining tortilla strips.
  6. Bake covered for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Uncover then sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for more 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Better serve warm and enjoy.

Tasty Slow Cooker Italian Beef Stew







Ingredients



  • 350 grams beef cubes
  • 1 divided large carrot
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 400 grams potatoes, cut into large cubes
  • 1 divided celery stalk
  • 200 grams fresh peas
  • 400 grams peeled canned tomatoes
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Put the beef cubes in a large resealable bag, add the flour and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Seal the bag and toss well to evenly coat the meat.
  3. In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the carrot, celery, onion and saute until the onion is golden for about 5 minutes.
  5. Take the vegetables to the slow cooker.
  6. Return the pot to medium-high heat, add the remaining olive oil and the beef cubes.
  7. Cook with stirring until the beef has browned.
  8. In the meantime, crush the canned tomatoes with a fork or pulse in a food processor until smooth.
  9. After that transfer the browned meat to the slow cooker, add the potatoes, peas, tomato sauce, rosemary, bay leaves and salt.
  10. Stir, cover and cook on low heat for about 8 hours.
  11. Discard the bay leaves and rosemary.
  12. Serve it warm with some bread and enjoy your meal.

Best Smothered Cabbage Recipe







Ingredients



  • One lb smoked sausage, cut into small pieces
  • One head of medium size chopped cabbage
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • One large diced onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Method

  1. In a large saucepan, brown sausage over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and saute for about 4 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage and cover.
  4. Cook for about 50 minutes and stirring occasionally.
  5. Uncover and add spices
  6. Cook for more additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.

Delicious Chicken Wings With a Spicy Glaze Recipe







Ingredients



  • 5 or 6 chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • splash of vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  3. Place them in the oven and cook for about 45 minutes.
  4. In a separate saucepan, set heat to medium and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Once everything is combined thoroughly, bring to a boil.
  5. Remove wings from the oven and place in a large bowl.
  6. Add the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
  7. Serve it warm and enjoy.

Delectable Chicken And Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes







Ingredients



  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2.5 pounds)
  • 2 packages chicken gravy mix
  • 1 can of the low fat of chicken soup
  • 2 cups water
  • Fresh pepper to savor
  • mashed potatoes


Method

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the dry gravy mix, soup, water and pepper with a whisk until the gravy becomes silky.
  3. Flow the gravy mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or toast (optional).

Chocolate Cake Recipe







Ingredients



  • 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup strong black coffee (any kind of coffee you have)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of any kind of Black Cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease a round baking pan with oil or butter and powder some flour.
  3. Mix on low in a mixer the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt until these ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Then add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla.
  5. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes the mixture until it becomes thin.
  6. Cast batter evenly into prepared pans.
  7. Bake for about 35 minutes for round pans.
  8. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans to wire racks.
  9. Freeze the cake as required.
  10. decorate with strawberry or chocolate cream

Yummy Baked Cheddar Chicken With Sauce







Ingredients



  • 4 large chicken breasts, cut into large chunks
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Sauce

  • 1 14 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream


Method

  1. Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks.
  2. In a gallon size storing food plastic bag , smash ritz crackers into crumbs.
  3. Cast the milk, cheese and cracker crumbs into 3 separate small pans. Toss the 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper into the cracker crumbs and stir the mixture around to combine.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk, cheese and crumbs in succession.
  5. Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray and lay the chicken inside the pan.
  6. Sprinkle the dried parsley over the chicken.
  7. Cover the pan with tin foil and bake at 205°C degrees for about 40 minutes.
  8. Combine the sauce ingredients (soup, sour cream and butter) into a microwaveable safe dish, and cook until it’s stir-able melty and warm.
  9. Spread the sauce over the chicken once it’s been served.

Sweet Caramelized Pear Cake







Ingredients



  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 3 ripe thinly sliced pears
  • 3 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter,(let some extra butter for greasing)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, very soft
  • A whit of nutmeg


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Rubbing some Lightly butter in the sides of a 9-inch around the cake pan.
  3. Mix the butter, cinnamon, sugar, and whit of nutmeg in a small pot and heat to boiling, then remove from heat.
  4. Put the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Construct the pears over the butter mixture and press down.
  6. Blend the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until creamy, about 1 minute.
  7. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until you get a very smooth creme for about 2 minutes.
  8. Splatter in the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt, and beat 10 seconds.
  9. Pour in the milk and beat just until the batter is evenly moistened for about 1 minute.
  10. Pour the mixture over the pears, then carefully lift the pan and bang back down on the counter once or twice to release any air bubbles.
  11. Cook for about 45 minutes and check everytime with a knife if it comes out clean.
  12. Run a knife along the outer edge of the cake to loosen it from the pan.
  13. Place a plate over the cake, then flip it over to invert the cake onto the pan.
  14. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
  15. Better served warm and in the same day.

Delicious Dish Of Meatloaf And Gravy







Ingredients



    Meatloaf

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup bread morsels
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely divided onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 black pepper
  • Gravy

  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons butter


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Butter a loaf pan.
  3. Mix up the ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, milk, thyme, onion, and rosemary.
  4. Pack into loaf pan and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill for about 1 hour to set and cook it for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  6. In the meanwhile prepare the gravy.
  7. Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan.
  8. Add flour and stir.
  9. Prepare the flour and butter mixture stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
  10. Add the stock and stir with a wire whisk until blended.
  11. Add milk, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and Kitchen Spices and stir to blend.
  12. Set flavoring with salt and pepper to your taste and serve over meatloaf.
  13. You can present this plat with rice and peas.

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 skinless chicken thighs


Method

  1. Mix the cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and cold water ground black pepper in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles.
  3. Preheat oven to 220 C degrees .
  4. Put chicken pieces in a lightly greased baking dish.
  5. Brush chicken with the sauce.
  6. Turn pieces over, and brush again.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  8. Turn pieces over, and bake for another 30 minutes.
  9. Brush with sauce every 10 minutes during cooking.
  10. Better to Serve warm and with rice.

Delectable Caramel Chicken Recipe







Ingredients



  • 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • about 2 sliced scallions for garnish
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 6 shelled garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup water


Method

  1. Season chicken with salt
  2. Cook over medium high heat in a large skillet with oil until golden brown on each side until crisp and cooked through.
  3. Transfer to a plate then add garlic cloves to skillet until golden brown for 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer to the plate of chicken.
  5. Pot to medium high heat and cast ½ cup of water scraping down the browned bits.
  6. Whisk in the brown sugar until dissolved.
  7. After that cook for 5 minutes or until mixture turns a deep amber color.
  8. Carefully add vinegar and stir.
  9. Add garlic, broth and soy sauce.
  10. Bring cooking liquid to a boil and whisk , the operation takes 10 minutes.
  11. You'll see that the sauce will thicken and glaze the chicken.
  12. Once glaze is ready, turn heat to medium low and return chicken to pan until heated through.
  13. Serve with scallions or over rice.
