Ingredients
- 1/2 kilogram of boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 25 grams grated parmesan cheese
- 50 grams grated mozzarella cheese
- 70 grams of breadcrumbs
- salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- Set oven to 180 °C degrees.
- Face a large casserole with a cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, garlic powder salt and black pepper together.
- Dip the chicken into egg and then bread crumbs, lightly coating both sides.
- Lay the chicken pieces in the casserole, spray tops with cooking spray and bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove the casserole from oven and cap each piece of chicken with sauce, mozzarella, then Parmesan.
- Take again to oven and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy.
