Delicious Chicken with Parmesan Recipe







Ingredients



  • 1/2 kilogram of boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 25 grams grated parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams grated mozzarella cheese
  • 70 grams of breadcrumbs
  • salt and black pepper to taste


Method

  1. Set oven to 180 °C degrees.
  2. Face a large casserole with a cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, garlic powder salt and black pepper together.
  4. Dip the chicken into egg and then bread crumbs, lightly coating both sides.
  5. Lay the chicken pieces in the casserole, spray tops with cooking spray and bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Remove the casserole from oven and cap each piece of chicken with sauce, mozzarella, then Parmesan.
  7. Take again to oven and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve and enjoy.

Yummy Mini Strawberry Tarts







Ingredients



  • 450 grams strawberries
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 150 grams butter
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 250 grams flour
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, salt and butter in a shallow bowl.
  3. Add 1 egg and milk and mix until a more dough ball .
  4. Swathe in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about 3 hours.
  5. Cut the strawberries in half.
  6. Whip the cream with the sugar and the remaining 2 eggs.
  7. Butter your round tart tins, take the pastry out of the fridge and roll it out.
  8. Line each tin and prick the bottoms well.
  9. Spread the cream into the tarts.
  10. Take to oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
  11. Add strawberries and cook for 2 more additional minutes.
  12. Let cool for 30 minutes and serve.

Delightful Ranch Parmesan Chicken







Ingredients



  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of homemade ranch salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 150 grams of dry breadcrumbs
  • 40 grams parmesan cheese
  • 60 grams of melted butter
  • salt
  • pepper


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Mix together the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl .
  3. Dunk the chicken pieces into the ranch dressing to coat both sides.
  4. Cover in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place in a single layer onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the melted butter over each breast.
  7. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes until chicken breasts is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.

Scrumptious Crunchy Chicken Recipe







Ingredients



  • 1.5 kilogram chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 150 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 40 grams dry bread crumbs
  • 60 grams melted butter
  • 80 grams crushed french-fried onions
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Mix together egg and milk in a bowl, in another one blend the onions, bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Dunk chicken in egg mixture, then roll in onion mixture.
  4. Put in a greased baking dish.
  5. Plaster the chicken pieces with butter.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 60 minutes or until juices run clear.

Delicious Banana Lemon Bread







Ingredients



  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 lemon Juice (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon peel
  • 120 grams soften butter, at room temperature
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 60 grams walnuts
  • 240 grams all purpose flour
  • two beaten eggs
  • two teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Mix together the butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Slowly add the beaten eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in bananas and lemon juice.
  5. Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Add to creamed mixture and mix gently then add walnuts and lemon peel.
  7. Pour into greased and parchment-lined pan.
  8. Bake for about 50 minutesor until done in the center and nicely browned crust has developed on top.
  9. Cool for about 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.

Apple Tart Recipe







Ingredients



  • 4 thinly sliced, peeled apples
  • 1 pastry roll
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out the paste into a pie pan and prick.
  3. Place the apple slices on the paste rosette.
  4. Mix together eggs with sugar, cinnamon and sour cream in a large bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture over the apples.
  6. Take to the oven and bake for about 50 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, spray vanilla sugar on top and return to oven for additional 5 minutes to caramelize.
  8. Transfer the apple tart to a rack to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.

Chicken Thighs with Green Beans and Red Potatoes







Ingredients



  • 1.5 kilograms of chicken thighs
  • 300 grams of green beans
  • 300 grams red potatoes cut into dices
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt
  • pepper


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Face a large baking dish with one tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Mix together the lemon juice with remaining 4 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Add the green beans and toss to coat.
  5. Remove the green beans with a slotted spoon and place them in the dish.
  6. Add the potatoes to the same lemon mixture and toss to coat.
  7. Arrange the potatoes using a slotted spoon along the inside edge of the dish on top of the green beans.
  8. Place the chicken thighs in the same bowl with the lemon mixture and coat thoroughly.
  9. Put the chicken in the dish.
  10. Cast the remaining lemon mixture over the chicken.
  11. Roast for about 45 minutes.
  12. Remove the chicken from the dish.
  13. Take the beans and potatoes back to the oven for 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden.
  14. Place a chicken thighs and potatoes onto a platter with the green beans.
  15. Serve warm and enjoy.
